Why do I need a Help to Buy valuation?
Target HCA, the government provider of the Help to Buy scheme, requires all homeowners who wish to sell, remortgage or up their amount of equity to produce a home valuation report. This report enables Target HCA to calculate your new repayment fee. It’s important to note that the report will be based on the current market value of your property and not on your initial loan amount.
How do you make a valuation?
When you’ve made an appointment with one of our experienced Chartered Surveyors they will attend your property to conduct a home inspection.
