Why do I need a Help to Buy valuation?

How do you make a valuation?
Following a visit to your home, a Chartered Surveyor from Morgan Sloane will use their experience of the local housing market to produce a Help to Buy report.
Your Help to Buy valuation will only be valid for 3 months, so you’ll need to send it to Target HCA as soon as you receive it.
