Why do I need a Help to Buy valuation?
When you buy a property through a Help to Buy scheme, you take a loan out against the equity on your new home. The amount you pay back is based on the value of your property at the time, rather than the original purchase price.

How do you make a valuation?
A Chartered Surveyor will first visit your home, then based on their knowledge of the housing market in Harlow, will compose a Help to Buy valuation report.
A Help to Buy report is only valid for 3-months, due to the volatility of the housing market, so you will need to send your valuation to Target HCA as soon as you receive it.
