Help to Buy Valuations Leighton Buzzard

If you are looking for an RICS independent Chartered Surveyor in Leighton Buzzard or surrounding areas due to selling, remortgaging or releasing the amount of equity in your home, then Morgan Sloane are the experts in Help to Buy Valuations to help.

Our team of Chartered Surveyors will provide an up to date, accurate valuation which will be sent to Target HCA to ensure you are paying a fair market rate back for the loan. So rather than paying back the current value of the equity you purchased in your home, Target HCA will provide you with an up to date repayment figure.

Arrange your Help to Buy valuation in Leighton Buzzard today by getting in touch with our team.

Why do I need a Help to Buy valuation?

When you purchase a property with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, you are effectively taking out a loan against the percentage of equity in your home, resulting in Target HCA owning a percentage of the property.

Property prices vary over time, which is why Target HCA need an independent valuation to ensure your repayment to them is fair and reflects the current market value. Our team look into every detail of your home, location and properties sold (within the last 12 months) to provide an accurate report.

How do you make a valuation?

When you contact Morgan Sloane to carry out a valuation, a Chartered Surveyor with knowledge of the local area and housing market will visit your home to undertake an inspection to compose the Help to Buy report.

Once you receive your report it will only be valid for 3 months, so you will need to send it to Target HCA as soon as it arrives.

Due to the 3 month restraint, we recommend holding off your Help to Buy valuation until you are fully in the position to sell, remortgage or buy more equity in your Help to Buy home. If you have any questions regarding the time scale, our team will be more than happy to discuss this with you in detail.
